About Us
Preschool education is important and beneficial to the child attending nursery school. Studies have shown how children who do not attend preschool have troubles in their schooling later on in life. There is emerging evidence that high quality preschools are “play based,” rather than attempting to provide early formal instruction in academic subjects. “Playing with other children, away from adults, is how children learn to make their own decisions, control their emotions and impulses, see from others’ perspectives, negotiate differences with others, and make friends,” Pedagogy informs teaching strategies, teacher actions, and teacher judgments and decisions by taking into consideration theories of learning, understandings of students and their needs, and the backgrounds and interests of individual students.

Mrs Saritha Deekonda, Chemistry Postgraduate with more than 10 years of working experience in pharmaceutical industry as scientist and in Clinical Research industry as Research Associate. The hidden passion towards Education and children made to choose this Entrepreneurship of educationalist.
Athiqa
The Preschool was found by Mrs.Saritha Deekonda and Mrs.Athiqa in the year of 2015. Mrs.Athiqa, Commerce Graduate with hands on experience with Preschools and Montessori made get along in partnership to establish Rubicks PreSchool.
